01 — The Opportunity
Elevated customers need a timeless curator
that truly understands their worth.

The European K-beauty market is growing at 9.6% annually — but the real opportunity is not just in the growth. It is in the gap. The modern beauty consumer is more informed, more discerning, and more demanding than ever. They are not looking for another shop. They are looking for a brand that sees them, understands what they value, and curates with genuine intention.

Yaksok exists to be exactly that. A destination where the experience of discovering and buying Korean skincare feels as elevated as the products themselves — where every touchpoint reflects the care and knowledge that went into the curation.

That elevated experience does not happen by accident. It is built — deliberately, strategically, and beautifully. That is the work.

02 — Scope of Work
Full brand recognition & marketing suite built on strategy, for execution that actually positions, acquires, converts and builds loyalty.

Paudelmar enters this partnership as Yaksok's full marketing function — not a vendor, not a contractor, but the strategic and creative engine of the brand. The retainer covers the complete scope of what a world-class in-house marketing team would deliver, led at CMO level.

03 — How We Work
Month one is the
foundation of everything.

Real marketing strategy cannot be templated. Month one is dedicated entirely to understanding Yaksok — the brand, the customer, the competitive landscape, and the opportunity — and from that understanding, building a phased implementation roadmap built to compound over time.

1
Month 1 — Strategy Sprint
The Foundation
Brand audit, psychometric customer profiling, competitive landscape mapping, brand positioning architecture, core messaging, and large language model messaging definition — the foundational layer that ensures Yaksok communicates with precision across every channel and AI-mediated surface. Culminates in a full phased implementation roadmap. Creative work begins immediately: messaging frameworks developed and first campaigns planned and produced.

2
Month 2–3 — Core Execution
The Engine Starts
Strategy meets market. Two distinct creative streams launch in parallel: core ongoing content — the permanent vehicles that attract, educate and convert — and campaign-specific creative — targeted, testable assets designed to be iterated based on data. Paid media activates once tracking is validated. Email programme launches.
Core content vehicles Campaign creative testing Messaging validation Paid media launch Email marketing
3
Month 3+ — Full Activation
Scale & Compound
Paid campaigns exit the learning phase and optimise toward ROAS. Optimisation deepens across every active channel. Based on learnings from month two, new marketing forms are introduced in sequence — including ecommerce UX optimisation, email lifecycle, influencer marketing, funnel optimisation, creative campaigns, PR, and personal branding. In the right order, at the right time.

Ongoing — Adaptive Management
Always Evolving
New channels tested as the market evolves. Monthly reporting and reviews keep both parties fully aligned on performance, priorities, and what comes next.

04 — The Team
Built to scale
with the brand.

Paudelmar leads all strategy, creative direction and management. As the brand grows, specialist team members are brought in to execute at the level the brand requires. Month one establishes which roles are needed, at what stage, and at what budget — so team growth is always driven by results, never assumption.

Paid media specialist
Likely from month 2–3

A decision to make together. Additional team members can be contracted through Paudelmar — managed, briefed and paid by us — or hired directly by Yaksok, with Paudelmar providing strategic direction and briefing. The right model will be determined in month one.

05 — Investment
Transparent pricing.
Shared upside.

The retainer covers the full scope of Paudelmar's strategic leadership, creative direction and execution management. Fixed and predictable — it does not expand with scope. Additional team and ad spend are managed separately.

Performance Partnership
Revenue share — when Yaksok wins, Paudelmar wins.
Above €20,000 in monthly revenue, Paudelmar takes a 5% revenue share on all revenue exceeding that threshold. Below €20,000 — the point at which the retainer pays for itself within the business — there is no revenue share. This structure ensures Paudelmar's upside is tied entirely to growth that goes beyond covering our investment. Revenue share is calculated on total gross ecommerce revenue, net of refunds, verified monthly via shared platform access. Payment within 15 days of month close.
06 — Terms & Commitments
Built for a
long-term partnership.

Marketing compounds over time. The first three months build the foundation. Months four to six are where results begin to materialise. The following terms protect both parties and ensure the relationship has the runway it needs to deliver.

Minimum commitment
6 months. Paid media and organic content require time to exit learning phases and compound. A 6-month minimum ensures the strategy has the runway to deliver.
Rolling monthly thereafter
After the 6-month minimum, the engagement moves to rolling monthly with 30 days' notice to terminate. Quarterly strategy reviews are built into the relationship.
Payment terms
Retainer invoiced and paid in advance on the 1st of each month. Revenue share invoiced within 15 days of month close, based on verified platform data.
Platform access
Paudelmar requires admin access to Yaksok's ecommerce platform, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and any existing ad accounts before work commences.
Paid media minimum
For paid media management to be activated, a minimum ad budget of €3,000/month is required to exit Meta and TikTok's learning phases meaningfully.
Results timeline
Paid ecommerce requires 60–90 days to exit platform learning phases. Organic content and brand building compound over 3–6 months. These timelines will be referenced throughout monthly reviews.
The Next Step
Let's build
something remarkable.

Yaksok has the right product, the right market, and the right moment. This partnership exists to make sure the rest of the world knows it. I am ready to begin as soon as Yaksok is.
